Very little. We promise to publish the photos within 48 hours after the end of the ride or the race, so that each rider can see them from his home computer, and select the ones he likes the most.
In a simple and agile way. To see your images you must enter the GALLERIES of our web and look for the day you were at the circuit. There you will be able to see all the pictures we have. In that screen you can select the images you like and add them to the shopping cart with a single click. Once selected and confirmed you can place the order following the instructions that appear on the screen, and if you have any questions you can always send us an email and we will respond as quickly as possible.
We offer you several formats so that you can choose the one that best suits you. We have DIGITAL and PAPER format. We also offer you the possibility of capturing the images in objects.
PAPER FORMAT: is the printing on photographic paper of the image you see on our website, it is the photograph of a lifetime. The sizes we offer are expressed in centimeters.
DIGITAL FORMAT: it is a file that you can view on your computer, print on the printer as many times as you want and copy to a CD or other digital media (memory stick, ipod, mobile, ...) to take wherever you want. We offer two sizes, the medium quality (800×533 pixels) is enough to print in small size (up to 15x22cm approximately), display on screen, include in forums, upload to Facebook and other operations that do not require high resolution, for this we have the high quality size (3000×2000 pixels) to make posters (up to 60x90cm maximum), montages, etc...
Nothing. With our automated method you will have the photos at your home in a short period of time. As soon as our system verifies receipt of payment, your order is processed and the photos are sent to your email address. In case you have decided to receive the images by a method other than email, once the payment is received, the order is processed and sent within a period not exceeding 5 days.
So that everyone can pay in the way they like, we have introduced three secure and convenient payment methods that you can use.
CREDIT CARD: through the secure payment portal, Pay Pal or with our secure Virtual POS system, you can make a fast and reliable payment of your purchases from our website. In this way, at the same time you place the order you can proceed to pay the total amount without having to travel. It is totally sure and Pix MotoRR does not have access to the information of your credit card, since the company PayPal or RedSys (TPV Vitual), of known solvency in the management of transactions of money, manages the payment and pays us the amount.
BANK TRANSFER: the classic method of payment, you make us a transfer or directly a deposit to the account number that we send to your email once the order is completed.
REIMBURSEMENT: you will pay the total amount of the order to the letter carrier or in your post office and they will deliver your order. This method is only for orders under 59€, as long as the delivery address is within the Iberian Peninsula. It is not possible for Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands.

Not at all. The files sent by e-mail are the same as those copied to a CD. The advantage of receiving the photos by e-mail is that there is no waiting, it is instantaneous.
Once the purchase has been made, if you have requested e-mail delivery, you will receive an e-mail to the address you have provided with the links corresponding to the images you have purchased. Click on each of the links and select the option "SAVE". Select your favorite folder and you will have the pictures in your computer. You can download the image as many times as you want or resend the email with the links to your friends so they can see the photos. The links have an expiration date of 30 days.
This method of sending means that your email account does not get clogged with attachments.
